Relatives of the New Zealanders killed in the Airbus crash off Perpignan have visited the scene overnight where the jet plunged into the Mediterranean.

Accompanied by Air New Zealand CEO Rob Fyfe, the families carried flowers for the dead.

A third body has now been recovered, and authorities are waiting to see whether the flight recorders will yield further information, despite extensive damage
